What happens if there is no stock of the product that I want?
Although we try to keep our website always up-to-date, exceptionally it may happen that at a given time runs out a product. How much do you charge for sending the order to my home address?
The option of home delivery has a cost of handling and shipping from 3,90 Euros to the destinations of the peninsula , but you can avail of the delivery free for orders over € 35 with delivery on the Peninsula.

How long will it take to receive my order?
For small shipments in the Peninsula, we work with 24 and/or 72 hours and we try to ship the same day all orders received before 16 hours. Thus, normally, the orders with delivery on the Peninsula are given in the following two days (weekday) if they are made before 16h, or in two working days if made after 16 hours. Shipments larger (an ironing board for example) and shipping to Balearic Islands can take two to four days. Small shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may take between one and two weeks. In these shipments are required the ID of the customer for customs formalities.
The packages are usually prepared and sent out in a period of between one and six days after the receipt of your payment, except for issues of stock point in some article, that, in the case of scheduled delay is substantial, it would be communicated to assess the cancellation of the order or partial shipment of this.

We serve the majority of the countries of the European Economic Community, although the ports are variable depending on the country of destination.
